(Adults) Come to the library and exercise to low impact videos with other adults.
(Adults) We will use different guided exercises to help with mobility, weight, mental strength and calmness through socialization. All fitness levels are welcome! Water will be provided.
Story Time: Things That Go
(All Ages) A story hour for young children and their caregivers that includes learning through stories, movement, and fun activities.
(Ages 0-3) An interactive story time geared towards infants and toddlers.
(Adults) A repeat of our popular Cardio Crew Class – Low impact cardio, strength and stretching.
(Ages 0-5): Preschool children are invited to take part in the library’s annual Mardi Gras parade, the Krewe of Once Upon a Time.
